  • We Don't Accept Order Cancellations: Once placed, orders cannot be canceled.

Exchange Policy

  • Damaged Products Only: Exchanges are provided only if the product is damaged. An unboxing/opening video is required to verify the damage.
  • Return Shipping: Customer covers return shipping costs; use a reliable method with tracking.
  • Condition: Product must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
  • Process: Exchanges are processed once the product is received and verified.
